Rob Healy

Mr. Healy is an Operating Partner at Hildred. With over 45 years of experience in finance, operations, business development, mergers and acquisitions in high growth environments across varied industries (healthcare, manufacturing, staffing, distribution, music, technology), Mr. Healy provides decisive, results-oriented, and value creating senior executive leadership experience. Mr. Healy has personally led numerous successful efforts in organization optimization, strategic and tactical operating and financial planning, business metrics and analytics, mergers, acquisitions, internal business development, and the financing thereof. His experience spans organizations ranging in size from $5 million to $1.9 billion in revenues.

Mr. Healy was recently (sale mid-2022) a member and Audit Committee Chair of the Board of Directors of Mid-Atlantic Dental Holdings, a PE-backed service-oriented roll-up of dental practices nationally and has provided wide-ranging financial and general business management consulting to clients in the healthcare, DME, staffing, software development and other technology sectors since January 2010. Mr. Healy’s prior experience (2003-2009) was as President and Executive Vice President of Precyse Solutions (later nThrive), a leading, national provider of Health Information Management services and technologies. Before joining Precyse, Mr. Healy was Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Music Choice (2000-2003), a service provider of commercial free music to cable and satellite television customers. Mr. Healy’s previous experience also includes healthcare services at NovaCare, Inc., which he joined in 1988 as Vice President, Controller and progressed to serve as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration & Chief Financial Officer from 1995 through 2000; manufacturing and distribution of commercial products with Atcor, Inc. (acquired by Tyco International in 1988); and public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Philadelphia and Chicago, auditing clients in various industries.

Mr. Healy and his wife Holly reside near Philadelphia, PA. They have 3 sons and 5 grandchildren. Rob’s interests include family gatherings, travel, golf, percussion, gardening, and is an avid collector of fine wines.

Mr. Healy is a Certified Public Accountant (Pennsylvania), Certified Global Management Accountant, and magna cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
